Serving the rapidly growing needs of Torch Technologies in Huntsville, The Torch High Bay project is a 44,000 sf multi-functional building that combines offices, laboratories, and fabrication spaces.  Engaging the corner opposite the primary Torch campus, the building aligns each primary street frontage.  The 35,000 sf two story Lab and Office Building features research and testing spaces, collaborative office spaces, and wraps around a 9,000 sf production high bay with a mezzanine along the rear.  Construction is underway, with an expected completion in Spring of 2019.
