Located in the exclusive neighborhood of “The Ledges of Huntsville”, New Townhomes at the Pointe utilize irregular shaped bluff lots that provide unobstructed views to the valley below.
The developer wanted to maximize land use by re-subdividing 2 bluff sites and estate lots for a 3-phase, 17-townhome development. The first 7 townhouse units of Phase 1 followed the existing contours and took advantage of the grade changes to incorporate basement garages. In addition, the lots of Phase 1 had city slope development setback requirements, which required careful plan adjustments to each townhouse.
In order to provide a distinct character and autonomy for each townhouse, various colors of brick and stone elements were incorporated along the front façade of each townhouse. Following the strict architectural guidelines for the neighborhood, Italianate Architectural elements and details were incorporated to provide an additional customized, individual appearance along the continuous front façade. Each townhouse unit was adjusted in size, amenities, and sited for panoramic views to allow for various market niches and price points.
