The expansion of SEA Wire & Cable includes 26,000 square feet of new high bay warehouse area, as well as 8,600 new square feet of administrative offices. The client required the continuous, uninterrupted use of the existing facility during the construction process, which required careful planning and construction phasing to accommodate the ongoing business operations. The completed project has resulted in a refreshed, modern image for the company, which provides various types of wire and cable strand for the defense and aerospace industries.
