In Twickenham Village, at “The Ledges of Huntsville”, new front entry courtyard garage houses were designed in order to take advantage of the bluff views and narrow 50 foot wide lots. Within the one-and-a-half story, three bedroom residence, historical architectural styles were incorporated with modern living amenities. The layout was designed to provide all of the necessary living functions on the ground floor, including the master bedroom, laundry room, and vaulted living room, which opens to a patio overlook. The second floor has a den that also opens into the vaulted living room and bluff view. Along the rear elevation, the covered porch and patio overlook extend the useable interior space for entertaining and relaxing while enjoying the panoramic view of the city below.
