Located along the corner of White street and Randolph Avenue, in the Twickenham Historic District, this relatively small stucco Craftsman house had fallen into disrepair after several years as rental property. The new owners wanted to do a comprehensive renovation with a new kitchen addition. Existing walls were retained as a guideline with adjustments made to the openings to maximize circulation and use. The 2nd floor was opened to provide a Master Suite and a new dormer was constructed to create a new Master Bath. The exterior was repaired and repainted to be closer to the Craftsman tradition.
